LIVESTREAM CONTEST "LA QUEENARA LIVE"

1, Participants
- Sales specialists from agents of F1, F2, ..., who are distributing products of La Queenara Hoi An Project

2, How to join

• Step 1: Registration

- Sales specialists send their livestream scripts in .doc file to the following email address: laqueenara.info@gmail.com with personal information including: Full name, phone number, ID number and agent

- The organization board checks the information to make sure its accuracy and replies within 24 hours

• Step 2: Livestream

- Sales specialists organize a livestream session on their personal Facebook page or Fanpage for up to 45 minutes

- Participants livestream in public mode with hashtag #laqueenara #laqueenarahoian #laqueenaralive and project description under 200 words

• Step 3: Send the link

- Sales specialists send their livestream link to the organization board via its email response

- Each participant can livestream for several times but send only one link 

3, Time schedule
- Time for sending scripts: From July 19, 2021 to August 14, 2021

- Time for livestreaming and sending the link: From July 24, 2021 - August 14, 2021

- Time for counting views: August 20, 2021

- Time for announcing results: August 21, 2021

4, Requirements
- Follow a formal dress code, have a professional setting

- Have good lighting; virtual studio and technology applications are allowed; ensure the quality of image, sound and transmission

- Participants who do not meet the requirements of image and sound quality will not be allowed to participate

- Share information on La Queenara with potential customers. The provided information should be accurate according to the Investor's channels and training sessions; in case the livestream session provides false information, causing serious consequences, it will be forced to be removed and the participant is removed from the contest

- Livestreamers are encouraged to organize mini games, answer questions to interact with audience, call them to share the link, illustrate with pictures, videos, maps,...

5, How to score
- Expert award: It is based on scores given by the organization board on the scale of 100
+ Preparation (quality of shooting, dress code, setting): 30 points

+ Livestream content (information, images, professional scripts, illustrated videos, technology, mini games...): 50 points

+ Professional manner, engaging and persuasive way of talking: 20 points

+ Priority is given to participants who livestream in a creative, unique and humorous manner.

- Communication Award: It is based on the criteria including viralness, high interaction of the livestream, and availability on social platforms such as Facebook, Youtube...
+ Total points are based on the final count of livestream views and ranked in order from high to low

6, Prize

Participants can receive both Expert Award and Communication Award at the same time
